Bonalu Closing Celebrations and Balkampet Yellamma Temple

The fourth and final Sunday of Bonalu 2026 marks the closing of the Ashadha Jatara season. Special poojas are performed for Goddess Yellamma at Balkampet Yellamma Temple, which observes prominent rituals on the first and last Sundays of the festival. The Telangana government has declared August 10 a public holiday to mark the conclusion.
