Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your listings. We do not verify the information provided in listings and make no guarantees regarding their accuracy.
Approval: Listings may be subject to review and approval before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our guidelines.
Featured & Spotlight: Featured and Spotlight placement is determined at our sole discretion and may be offered as a free or paid service.
Removal: We may remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

The Service, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of TheCommunity100Com LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The "Community100" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of TheCommunity100Com LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
7. Advertising & Third-Party Links
The Service may display advertisements from third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense/Ad Manager. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertisers.
